Yes. Transmission is handled as a DEUEV-compliant digital submission. Sofortmelder is GDPR compliant and its servers are located in Germany. After each submission, the employer receives a PDF confirmation as proof.

What happens if a client does not submit on time? +

The law firm sees all activity in real time in the dashboard and can step in when needed to submit on the client’s behalf. Responsibility stays clearly with the employer while the law firm keeps full visibility and the option to intervene.
